Nikolas Stefanovich is a journalist, communications manager and institutional strategist with broad experience leading public communication projects, institutional journalism and multiplatform content production. Over more than 20 years of professional experience, he has built a career marked by innovation, the construction of institutional credibility and the strengthening of communication as a tool to bring organizations and society closer together.

His career is strongly tied to the modernization of institutional communication at the Santa Catarina State Legislature (ALESC), where he was directly involved in structuring and consolidating an integrated parliamentary communication ecosystem. The work involved strengthening channels such as the news agency, radio, digital platforms, print publications and multimedia content, significantly broadening public access to legislative information and to mechanisms of public transparency.

Alongside his work in the public sector, he is the founder and Content Director of MixCom – Estúdio de Ideias, a company specializing in content creation and strategic editorial projects. At the helm of MixCom, he has led initiatives for companies, institutions and organizations across many sectors, including healthcare, sports, education, engineering and energy. Under his coordination, the studio has produced magazines, books, campaigns, web series, digital platforms and institutional content recognized for their editorial quality and market relevance.

Throughout his career, he has coordinated, edited or supervised more than 45 editorial publications, including magazines and books, building expertise in institutional storytelling, specialized journalism and reputation communication. He has also taken part in nationally awarded projects and built strong relationships with journalists, leaders and opinion makers, expanding the visibility and strategic positioning of the institutions he has worked with.

With a degree in Journalism and a postgraduate specialization in Advanced Journalism Studies from the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC), Nikolas Stefanovich combines experience in public communication, team management, institutional project development, editorial leadership and strategic content production, always focused on innovation, credibility and social impact.
